We run a daytime restaurant with seasonal opening hours (valley and mountain restaurant), in summer from 8 am to 6 pm and in winter from 9 am to 5 pm. There are no room hours here.

In gastronomy, there are weekend assignments, occasional evening events or a small team stays overnight on the mountain to be there for the guests in the old mountain inn in the evenings and mornings. All possible assignments are discussed within the team and can be planned in advance.

We are fully committed to education. If employees want to develop further and planning allows, we support our team members with very attractive offers for external training. Internal courses are also offered on a regular basis. Our credo: at least two employees complete further training every year.

We pay the year-end bonus in the amount of one month's salary in November so that everyone can start the Advent season in good shape. If the employment relationship is terminated earlier, the bonus is paid pro rata temporis.

We offer unpaid leave if the season permits and managers have sufficient resources for planning. Asking costs nothing.

Our team meets regularly to enjoy some quality time together. Summer parties, Christmas get-togethers, a big outing and smaller events with colleagues are all part of our annual calendar.

We provide our employees with a parking space on the premises. You can add another car number in the digital system, i.e. register two vehicles. Coffee and tea are also free with us; for many of us, one or the other is part of everyday life.

Benefit from the opportunity to use the Kronberg facilities free of charge with your partners and immediate family. There are also discounts for all employees at other destinations or a tourism employee card with attractive offers.

Our employees can eat in the two restaurants (valley or mountain), where a menu is served daily at a very attractive price. Employees in the cable car, attractions and administration departments also receive a meal allowance.
