Alfred Moser immerses you in the world of hand carving. Step by step, he shows you how to carve your own edelweiss – with a feel for the material and great attention to detail.

Learn something new, work creatively with your hands, and take your unique, hand-carved creation home with you.

2 - 4 p.m. "Edelweiss carving" workshop with explanations in the bistro of the mountain inn
Delivery of a carving knife plus five blanks per guest, time required for one Edelweiss approx. 30 minutes

Course management

Alfred Moser is a former gamekeeper for the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden. Since his retirement, he has devoted more time to his hobby of carving. He would like to pass this on to the guests of his mountain in this workshop.

After the workshop, you will have the opportunity to buy the carving knife and other blanks from Alfred Moser.

The number of participants is limited to 30 people. The minimum age is 14 years.
