In the footsteps of pilgrims

From the Kronberg you hike to the Chapel of St. James and then to the Jakobsalp. From there, follow the old pilgrims' path - pilgrims from all over Europe made their way to the tomb of St. James the Apostle in Santiago de Compostela a thousand years ago - to the source of St. James' spring. Be sure to try the fresh, cool water! The spring has all the essential energetic characteristics of a healing spring. Next to the spring you will find a wayside shrine with the figure of St. James. The old Chapel of St. James once stood here. After this rest, you continue your hike through a wooded area. You are sure to feel at home here. Pay close attention to the vegetation on the hike, as it changes. A strong stimulus zone has caused branches to grow in bizarre shapes on the spruce trees. These places of strength and healing are sure to do you good.

Tip

Plan enough time for the hike so that you can recharge your batteries on the loungers along the way
