Well-prepared winter hiking trail through the high valley of Gonten
The starting point of this winter hiking trail is at the valley station. The hiking trail takes you via Unterschwarz, Neffenmoos to Gonten and from there via Som to Gontenbad.
As the Appenzell railroads also run through the high valley of Gonten, you have the opportunity to cover certain distances by train.
